Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ryxer offers a 10-day free trial so eligible users can evaluate the service before purchasing a monthly subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel recurring billing before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless misuse or a security issue requires earlier suspension.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where a verified duplicate/incorrect charge occurred. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take the payment provider's normal processing time.

Failed payments

If renewal fails, access may enter a grace period or expire. We may send failure and expiry reminders. Restoring payment restores access after the gateway confirms success.

Referral access

Referral access is not a paid purchase and has no cash refund value. It may be revoked when referral verification fails or active-trader eligibility is no longer met.

Requesting help

Contact support with the account email, payment ID, date and reason. Do not send card, bank password or OTP details.
