Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to Ryxer, a trading journal and analytics platform operated by Stock Venture. By creating an account or using Ryxer, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
1. Service purpose
Ryxer helps users record, review and analyse their own trading activity. It is an educational and record-keeping tool and is not a brokerage, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or execution platform.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate registration and verification information and keep your account secure.
- You may not share access, bypass payment/access controls, interfere with security, scrape other accounts or attempt to access another user's data.
- One free trial is permitted per eligible user. Attempts to create duplicate trials may be blocked.
- You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you add to your journal.
3. Access plans
Access may be provided through a 10-day trial, a Rs 799 monthly subscription, an approved demat referral, or an approved existing broker connection. Referral access may require continued active-trader eligibility under the current admin-configured rule. Access may be suspended or revoked if eligibility ends, payment fails, information is false, or these terms are breached.
4. Billing
Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Prices and taxes shown at checkout apply. Payment status is activated only after secure gateway confirmation. Invoices and payment history are associated with your account.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, eligibility rules and pricing may change with reasonable notice where required. We may perform maintenance, security updates or emergency suspension.
6. Liability
Trading involves substantial risk. You are solely responsible for trading decisions and outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stock Venture is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect loss or reliance on analytics generated from incomplete or inaccurate journal data.
7. Contact and governing law
Questions may be sent to the support email configured for the service. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to the jurisdiction stated in the final business legal review.
This template should be reviewed by qualified Indian legal counsel before public launch.
